Torian Graham

Duke Hoop has spoken with 2012 SG Torian Graham's father, Len Lilly. Torian has a pretty long list of potential suitors at this time. Len named the following schools that were pursuing the Oak Hill Academy and DC Assault stud the hardest:

Boston College, Xavier, NC State, Rutgers, Kansas State, Miami, Oregon, Depaul, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Maryland, VCU, Richmond, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Cincinnatie, and Indiana

As you can see, there are some high major schools interested in the rising Junior and they would all be lucky to get his services. At this time, Boston College, NC State, Xavier, and Kansas State have offered scholarships. He does not have a leader at this time.

Len informed us that Torian's goal is to be recruited by Duke and UNC and if he continues to develop as he already has, we are guessing that goal will become a reality.

Watch him at the NC Pro-Am on Team Navy this Thursday here in Durham as he is one of only a few 2012 players invited to perform in the Summer League composed of mainly pros and college stars.

  1. Torian never attended Oak Hill Academy, he attended Word of God in Raleigh NC.He was dismissed from that school after the basketball season (2011). He now attends Pace Academy in Chapel Hill a school for kids with learning problems. I seriously doubt of Torian will qualifly for a D1 school.Look for him to go Juco then maybe transfer to a D1.

  2. The saga of Torian continues, after getting the boot from Word of God,he went Arlington Country Day in Florida, then after getting dismissed from that school for fighting with the coach, he wandered over to Christian Faith Center in Creedmor NC. That went bust after the Coach got caught for embezzling money from the school. Now it seems he may reclass( big mistake) or go prep for a year! What a joke of of a career!
